You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Drilld. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, use the platform fraudulently, or harm other users. We may also close your account if it remains inactive for an extended period.
3. Real names required
You must register on Drilld using your real, full name (first name and last name). Drilld is a platform for athletes, instructors, and sports communities, and real identity is essential for trust, safety, and accountability between users.
Prohibited

- Pseudonyms or stage names (unless legally registered as your name)
- Using another person's name without their consent (impersonation)
- Names that include reserved words such as "admin", "support", "drilld", "moderator", "official", "verified", "staff", "help", or similar terms that imply official Drilld affiliation
Consequences for violations
If we determine that you have registered with a name that violates this policy, we may, without prior notice:
- Suspend or permanently close your account
- Forfeit any pending payouts to you (if you are an instructor)
- Decline refunds for purchases made under the violating account
- Cancel ongoing bookings and refund the other party at your expense
- Require government-issued ID verification before reinstating account access
Reporting violations
If you believe another user is using a fake or impersonating name, contact us at hello@drilld.co. We investigate all reports and act based on available evidence.

When you book a session, you pay through the platform. We hold the payment until after the session is completed (or until cancellation rules apply), then release it to the instructor minus the platform fee.
Platform fee
Drilld charges a platform fee on every booking. The fee covers payment processing, hosting, support, and platform development. Current fees are visible in the booking flow and your dashboard.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation rules are defined in our cancellation policy. In general:
- Students may cancel more than 24 hours before the session for a partial refund
- Students cannot cancel less than 24 hours before the session
- If the instructor cancels, the student receives a full refund
Disputes
If a session does not occur as agreed (no-show, misconduct, etc.), contact us at support@drilld.co. We investigate disputes and may issue refunds, withhold payouts, or suspend accounts based on available evidence.
6. Instructor obligations
Additional terms apply to instructors. See our Instructor Terms for details.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you post on Drilld (photos, videos, bio text, posts, etc.). By posting content, you grant Drilld a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in marketing materials.
You may not post content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Drilld, you consent to data processing as described there.
Mandatory consumer protection
Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
9. Limitation of liability
Drilld provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time through settings. We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
